ChopSpray Fibreglass Laminating
Our chopspray fibreglass laminating process is designed to produce strong, reliable, and cost-effective composite parts with exceptional consistency. By combining chopped glass fibres with catalysed resin and applying them directly onto the mould surface, we create durable laminates ideal for a wide range of industries - from marine and automotive to construction and industrial manufacturing.
Controlled FibreRich Application
Using specialist chop spray equipment, continuous glass roving is chopped into short fibres and mixed with catalysed resin as it is sprayed onto the mould. This allows fast, even coverage and excellent control over laminate thickness and reinforcement.
