For the Xbox One launch event in London, our team was commissioned to manufacture a large sectional moulded dome featuring the iconic Xbox branding.

Working from client‑supplied patterns, we produced precision moulds and fabricated multiple GRP sections designed to bolt together seamlessly on site. The project came with an exceptionally tight deadline, which required us to accelerate production by creating additional moulds from the first completed components.

This allowed us to scale output rapidly without compromising quality. To meet the schedule, we mobilised staff from all three of our factories and operated night shifts to keep production moving. Despite the demanding timeframe, we delivered every section on time, enabling the client to complete the installation ahead of the launch. The project showcased our ability to respond quickly, collaborate across sites, and deliver complex, large‑scale structures under pressure.
