Hand Lamination
High quality components of any size can be produced quickly using this versatile process. With a modern, dedicated 10,000 square foot factory, we have production runs of between 10 to 30 components per week which are of consistent material thickness.
We work with various clients in different sectors creating hand laminated components from one-off builds to large production runs.
Additional benefits of hand lamination include:
- Complicated multi sectional moulds and products can be manufactured.
- Components can be produced with fixing brackets, seals, windows, insulation etc.
- Cost effective for small production runs.
